Master Trainers generally respond to submissions and assignments within one to two business days to either answer your questions, give you feedback or update you on their schedule if they are unable to assess your submission right away.  If it has been more than two business days and you have not heard back from your master trainer, please email us at support@polefitnessalliance.com with the name of your Master Trainer and the date/time of your last message to them.  We will reach out to them for a status check to make sure that they are okay and that they know they have a message waiting. 

Please note that you must be logged in when you submit an assignment for it to be properly routed to your Master Trainer. If you were not logged in, please log in and resubmit your assignment.
