PFA Approved Instructors must be PFA (or PoleMoves) certified and meet the following requirements:
- Submit verified teaching hours and/or continuing education credits each year to demonstrate their commitment to keeping their skills and knowledge current, (This requirement is currently being waived due to COVID).
- Agree to abide by the PFA Oath, and
- Maintain membership in the PFA which gives them access to Instructor Tools and Materials as well as current, updated instructor information.

If your membership has lapsed, you will need to reactivate your membership in order to access the approval form. Follow these steps:
Step 1: Register your email and pick a password for the new PFA site (click this button, then click "Register"
Step 2: Email us to let us know you have registered and need PFA renewal access:
Step 3: Once you receive access confirmation, login and click this link to reactivate
Once you've reactivated, you will be taken to the Approval Form. Make sure you fill out and submit this form with your information to be included on the Approved Instructor map!
